Delicia has been in the dog industry since 2017. Training her own lab mix, Baily, sparked a deeper passion that led her to join a dog training company and eventually start her own dog business in Charlotte, NC. In early 2024, Delicia and her husband made the cross-country move to California so she could train hands-on alongside her mentor. While doing so, she came across SCV’s listing and was lucky enough to join the pack—gaining another mentor in Stephanie, a family in her coworkers, and endless knowledge from every pup she works with. At home, Delicia and her husband share life with their lab mix, Baily, and their newest rescue pup, Cracker.
